The application is developed to prepare invoices for Petrol Transport from Australia to China. It consists of two parts: the Centralized Database with the set of web-services for data access and the client application, which has to be installed on the Compony employee’s PC. The invoice information comes in both from prepared beforehand delivery plan and is entered manually. The application contains the module of automatic recalculation of all invoice parameters when at least one parameter is changed. The recalculation formulas are located in Databases, therefore there is no necessity to re-develop the client application for modifying calculation logic. The procedure of document status changing by various user categories is provided.
