"Hermes" is a bundled software for distribution automatization. It is designed for the companies dealing with bulk delivery to the sales outlets. It is distinguished by handy and easy-to-use interface. |
The following possibilities are realized: different methods of data receiving, prompt data delivering, processing and transfering of data to accounting software (such as 1C) from each outlet, routes and tasks preparation in the office part of the program; issuing and looking through the commercial agents’ work reports.
Depending on the company’s work specificity the following work options are provided: mobile, office, economical, regional.
The usage of crass-platform tools is the main advantage of the software technical realization. This enables efficient system utilizing both on Windows and Linux basis. Furthermore while designing the software, the tools not demanding additional licensing have been used, this made possible sufficiently reduce the price of the software.

The hardware basis for the mobile workplace is the pair “PDA + mobile telephone” with the WAP/GPRS Internet connection. The part and parcel of the complex is the synchronizing of system information with accounting software.
The complex contains all functions and tools needed for the efficient tasks solving :
- the system of merchandise, contractors, outlets manuals;
- the double-sided data communication with accounting software;
- the support of mobile workplaces;
- the interface for all users categories;
- entering goods supply orders directly from mobile workplaces;
- the on-line data communication between mobile workplaces and main complex server;
- the possibility of mobile workplaces local synchronizing;
- the system access management through the profiles system;
The complex structure is implemented in two main modules, they are web-module and mobile module. The stationary module is implemented additionally.
The mobile module enables on-line delivery of selling agents’ work results to the system.
The web-module provides the interface for coordinators’ and selling agents’ work in the office or/and through the Internet.
The structure of the complex there is also provided with the engine for data communication with the external systems through the sharefiles (setting up of this complex part is carried out individually).
The stationary module provides the possibility of SCFs (Supply Call-forwards) gathering via e-mail omitting mobile equipment. |
