DCU (Dynamic Constraint Utilisation) — is an application for building a model and analysis of equipment operation on a factory. The initial task consisted in developing an application allowing creating and adjusting a factory model. The model consists of components hierarchy and allows analyzing the equipment operation and defining which element of a production chain is a neck stage.

Term of implementation - 4 month

Implemented functional capabilities:

 UI for the operation with models has been implemented

UI for the equipment operation analysis and reports building

The interaction with a calculation engine has been developed

The capacity of setting and managing the system has been implemented 

 

Project origionality:

It was the first experience of the silverlight usage in a real project
