"Robert Bosch Russia" Internet portal it is a complex web-enabled application with the module structure which provides the interaction between company staff and partners.
The cutting edge Java technologies of web-enabled application development are used.
Each application module implements certain logical business module providing the interaction between company staff and partners. The module structure implemented in this application enables very flexible adjustments and upgrading the application functionality with new modules in minimal span time.
The application consists of two parts: Administrative Part and Part for Partners.
The Administrative Part is designed for managing of interaction between the "Robert Bosch" company staff and its partners.
The members of "Robert Bosch" company staff depending on assigned duties (roles) have access to the Administrative Part with the different rights, which are appointed to them by Administration. Each role is possible to be removed or edited. The possibility to add new roles is also realized.
The Part for Partners is designed for interaction of partner companies with "Robert Bosch" company staff in the territory of Russia and CIS.
The cooperation is possible in nine represented on the portal directions, which are to be chosen at the partner-company primary registration. Changing or adding of the preferable cooperation direction is possible if required.
On web-portal BOSCH registered Partner-companies get access to the looking through the information on the chosen direction; place applications, orders and reports, place data about their companies and company staff and also can edit all this data, they participate in pollings and questionnaires, can subscribe to mail delivery on chosen direction.
There are following modules realized in the application.
Event Registration module In is intended for managing company’s arrangement information and providing access to that information for partners and third parties. The ability of delimitation access using member roles, event notification system, control of input data correctness is realized.
Job Vacancy module This module is developed for placing information about posts open in the company. The candidates can enjoy handy questionnaire wizard, the form filling correctness control is available as well.
Opinion Poll module Is intended for company employees interrogation and for processing of interrogation results.
Bonus module This module is created for the accounting of bonus points charges and management of the bonus goods shop.
