The application for the unique ringtones creation. Operates with the support of mp3 files. Storage library for storing samples from different songs has been implemented. This option allows creating ringtones by pasting together different fragments from different audio tracks. Before “pasting” you can listen to each cut individually or the entire composition to come. Also the possibility of listening to an audio track right from the file manager window has been implemented.

 Project originality
  Operation with the mp3 format was accomplished without a decoding.

 Difficulties and their solutions
  The mp3 encoding and decoding are closed by patents in some countries. It was decided to “slice” files without decoding.
