Quality Management Process

Quality management process is the most essential stage in software development. Neglect of it may cause the loss of the product functionality and value.

The stages of quality management process

We implement quality management process at some stages.

At the stage of planning our specialists analyze and estimate the requirements to the developed application. They carry out the comparative analysis of similar products, make up the groups to give the project a careful consideration and run the detailed scanning of the product.

At the stage of designing a group of specialists examines the formalized ideas carefully and elaborates the tests system. The meeting of the analytics is held and the analysis of the pseudocode is conducted.

At the stage of coding the immediate quality management process of the developed product is held. Both static and mutative testing is carried out, the code is tested for the standards correspondence, the analysis of efficiency is held.

The phases of quality management process

There are several phases of quality management process of the developed product:

- the regressive testing;
- the functional and system testing;
- beta-testing;
- ready copies of the product testing;
- the final testing;
