When I needed software developed for my Zfone VoIP encryption project, I had a limited budget to work with, since it was all self- funded.Fortunately, I ran into "Svitla Systems", a California-based software development outsource company that represents a number of software engineering firms in Ukraine. They introduced me to Soft Industry, who wrote a lot of code for me at a reasonable price.Despite the 10-hour time difference, I worked closely with their engineers every day via VoIP conference calls, and met with them several time in Ukraine. They got the job done. The engineer running the project is diligent and responsive to changing requirements. I'm still using them, and plan to keep doing so.
